On June 25, 2026 Shohin Airlines has marked the first anniversary of its establishment. Over this period, the company has successfully completed its initial stage of development, formed a professional team, and laid a solid foundation for further growth and the implementation of its strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and analyze financial and management reports.

Shohin Airlines and Airbus reach final stage of negotiations

On April 10, 2026, a meeting was held between Shohin Airlines and Airbus where the parties discussed the acquisition of 4 aircraft from the Airbus A320neo family, as well as further expansion of cooperation between the airline and one of the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers.

The visit continued the dialogue that began earlier this year in Toulouse, where a Memorandum of Understanding was signed following a meeting regarding the acquisition of 2 A320neo and 2 A321neo aircraft. The document laid the foundation for strengthening the partnership and defining key areas of cooperation.

Shohin Airlines and Airbus are developing mutually beneficial cooperation. Currently, their interaction shows steady positive momentum, and the negotiation process regarding the acquisition of aircraft is in its final stage.

It is expected that the implementation of the agreements reached will be an important step in developing the airline’s fleet and strengthening its position in the air transport market.

Shohin Airlines delegation conducted working visit to Istanbul

In March 2026, a delegation of Shohin Airlines, led by Chief Executive Officer Zafar Ahmadzoda, paid a working visit to Istanbul. During the visit, a series of meetings was held with executives and experts from leading aviation organizations in Turkey. Negotiations took place with Turkish Airlines, Turkish Technic, Turkish Aviation Academy, TCI Aircraft Interiors, Turkish Technology, as well as IGA Istanbul Airport and Aeroglobe Aviation Services. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation across key areas, including aircraft maintenance, training and professional development of aviation personnel, implementation of modern technologies, as well as improving operational efficiency and the quality of passenger service.

The working visit marked an important step in strengthening Shohin Airlines’ international cooperation and enabled an exchange of practical experience with one of the region’s leading aviation markets. As part of the visit program, the delegation toured the Turkish Aviation Academy, where they reviewed its modern educational infrastructure, including simulation complexes and aviation training programs. Particular attention was given to training approaches for pilots, cabin crew, and technical specialists.

Representatives of Shohin Airlines also visited the production facilities of Turkish Technic, where they reviewed aircraft maintenance processes, engineering infrastructure, and MRO operations, and also discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of technical support. During the visit to TCI Aircraft Interiors, modern solutions in passenger cabin design and equipment aimed at enhancing comfort and service quality were reviewed. During the meeting with representatives of IGA Istanbul Airport, the parties discussed opportunities for developing Shohin Airlines’ operational activities in Istanbul and confirmed their mutual interest in building a long-term partnership.

Special attention was given to cooperation with Aeroglobe Aviation Services. Following the negotiations, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding and a cooperation agreement, laying the foundation for further practical collaboration in operational support and the launch of airline flights. Shohin Airlines consistently implements a development strategy focused on adopting advanced industry practices and building a sustainable operational model in line with international standards.

The management of Shohin Airlines signed an agreement in the Czech Republic to purchase L410 NG aircraft

The management of Shohin Airlines signed an agreement in the Czech Republic to acquire a new regional turboprop aircraft, the L410 NG. The signing of this document marks an important step in the airline’s development and the expansion of its capabilities in regional air transportation. The new aircraft will enable Shohin Airlines to operate short-distance domestic flights within the country.

The L410 NG is a modern modification of the well-established L410 aircraft family. It features improved fuel efficiency, extended range, and enhanced performance characteristics, making it an optimal solution for regional operations.

Zafar Ahmadzoda, CEO of Shohin Airlines, emphasized that the acquisition of this aircraft aligns with the airline’s fleet development strategy, which aims to improve passenger service quality, strengthen regional connectivity, and promote the development of domestic air travel.
