1. General
These terms govern the use of the shohinair.com website and the Shohin Airlines mobile app (the services) between Shohin Airlines LLC (the airline) and the user. By tapping “I accept” in the app or by using the website, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Consent to Personal Data Processing.
2. What the services offer
Flight search, schedules and fares, ticket purchase, viewing a booking by code and surname, online check-in and a boarding pass that opens offline, booking domestic flights within Tajikistan, trip notifications, the support chat and the assistant, Shohin Club membership, and links to partners for hotels and taxis.
Tickets are sold in the TravelShop booking system on behalf of the airline. The booking window opens inside the app or at booking.shohinair.com. The contract of carriage is concluded under the Public Offer and the General Conditions of Carriage, and the fare conditions are shown before payment.
3. Account and sign-in
Most features work without signing in. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time SMS code, and there is no password. Do not share the SMS code with anyone, airline staff never ask for it.
You can delete your account in Profile, Personal details. Deletion cannot be undone. Tickets and bookings already bought remain valid and can be found by booking code and surname.
4. Domestic flights
Seats are held until the deadline shown in the booking. Payment is made online by card, e-wallet, Google Pay or Apple Pay, or in cash at a Shohin Airlines ticket office by booking code, and tickets are issued right after payment. An unpaid booking is cancelled automatically. There is no online check-in for domestic flights, and airport check-in closes 30 minutes before departure.
5. Assistant and support
The assistant replies instantly but can make mistakes. Fares, schedules and fare conditions are final only in the booking system and the airline's documents. If the assistant cannot help, an agent joins the chat. Agents reply from 8 am to 5 pm Dushanbe time, and at other times the chat tells you when to expect a reply.
6. Partners
Hotels and taxis are provided by partners (Ostrovok, Booking.com, Yandex Go, Uber) under their own rules and prices. The airline is not a party to those contracts and is not responsible for partners' services. Following a partner link may be counted when calculating the airline's commission.
7. Notifications
The app reminds you when check-in opens, when a booking must be paid and about departure, and the server reports flight changes and news on your subscriptions. Notifications can be turned off in Notifications or in the phone settings.
8. User rules
Give accurate details, exactly as in your travel document. Do not use the services for mass automated data collection, do not interfere with their operation, and do not send unlawful or offensive material, or other people's personal data without the right to do so, to the chat. The airline may restrict access if these rules are broken.
9. Rights to the services
The Shohin Airlines name, the falcon emblem, texts, design and software belong to the airline or are used by it lawfully. The app is provided for personal use and may not be copied or modified.
10. Liability
Schedules, seat availability and fares are shown from booking system data at the time of the request and may change before payment. The airline is not responsible for failures of the user's connection or devices, or for partners' services. This does not limit the rights a passenger has under the law.
11. Changes and disputes
New versions are published in Documents with their effective date. If the changes are significant, the app will ask you to accept them again. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Tajikistan. Claims are accepted at info@shohinair.com and through the call-center at +(992) 411 000 001, and disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are heard by a court under the law of the Republic of Tajikistan.
