Shohin Airlines LLC (the carrier) offers any person (the passenger or buyer) to conclude a contract of carriage by air on the terms of this offer. The offer is addressed to an unlimited number of persons.
Payment for a ticket on the website, in the app, at a ticket office or through an agent constitutes acceptance of the offer. From the moment of payment the contract is concluded, and the passenger receives an electronic ticket and an itinerary receipt.
The contract consists of this offer, the General Conditions of Carriage, the Fare Rules, the Baggage Rules and the conditions of the chosen fare shown before payment.
The ticket price includes the fare, taxes and fees and is shown before payment in the chosen currency. The price may change until the ticket is issued and does not change after issue.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of passenger details. First name and surname are entered in Latin letters exactly as in the document the passenger will travel with. A ticket is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
An unpaid booking is held until the deadline shown in the booking and is then cancelled automatically. A domestic flight booking made in the app is paid in cash at a ticket office.
Refunds and exchanges follow the Refund and Exchange Rules and the fare conditions. The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Tajikistan. The carrier's details are given in Company Details.
