By accepting this document in the Shohin Airlines app or on shohinair.com, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Shohin Airlines LLC (Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan, the airline) consent to process my personal data on the terms below.
1. What data
Phone number, first name and surname in Latin and Cyrillic letters, date of birth, gender, citizenship, email address, identity document details, booking code and flight details, Shohin Club member number and miles history, messages and photos in the support chat, the app installation number, the notification token, language, and technical details of requests (IP address, platform, app version).
2. For what purposes
To conclude and perform the contract of carriage by air, show bookings and tickets, provide online check-in and boarding passes, book domestic flights, send trip notifications, answer in support, run Shohin Club membership, prevent fraud and comply with the law.
3. What may be done with the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automated means.
4. To whom it may be transferred
The TravelShop booking system provider, the SMS gateway, the Apple, Google and Expo notification services, the DeepSeek model service (question text only, without booking code, names, documents or phone numbers), Google map services, hotel and taxi partners when I go to them myself, the website and app developer Bonur Group LLC for technical support, and public authorities where the law provides.
I agree that some of these recipients are located outside the Republic of Tajikistan and that my data may be transferred to them to the extent needed for the relevant feature to work.
5. Data of other people
If I enter details of other passengers or the phone number of someone close to me, I confirm that I have the right to provide them, and I enter children's details as their parent or legal guardian.
6. Term and withdrawal of consent
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw it by writing to info@shohinair.com or the support chat, or by deleting my account in the app. After withdrawal the airline stops processing, except for data that must be kept by law or to perform a contract of carriage already concluded.
The app cannot be used without this consent, but tickets already bought remain valid.
Location, camera and photos are used only with separate permission in the phone settings and only for the features described in the Privacy Policy.
