The free carry-on and checked baggage allowance depends on the fare and is stated in the fare conditions and the itinerary receipt. Pieces and weight are counted per passenger.
The maximum weight and size of one piece are stated in the fare conditions. Excess pieces, extra weight and oversized items are paid for at check-in at the carrier's rates, if the flight load allows.
Keep money, jewellery, documents, keys, medicines, electronics and fragile items in your carry-on. Power banks and spare batteries must not be checked in.
For domestic flights, the checked and carry-on allowance in kilograms is stated in the fare description when you book.
If your baggage has not arrived or is damaged, contact the airport's baggage tracing service before leaving the baggage claim area and complete a report. Submit a written claim to the carrier within 7 days of receiving damaged baggage, or within 21 days of the day the baggage should have been delivered.
The carrier's liability for loss of, damage to and delay of baggage is determined by the law of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international treaties applicable to the carriage.
Arrange carriage of animals, sports equipment, musical instruments and weapons in advance through the call-center at +(992) 411 000 001.
