Travel agencies sell Shohin Airlines tickets under an agency agreement with Shohin Airlines LLC. The agreement is concluded in writing, and the terms below serve as the basis for negotiation.
The agency sells tickets at the carrier's current fares and rules, does not change the fare price and does not add hidden charges to it. The agency's own service fee is shown to the buyer separately.
The agency gets access to sales through the carrier's booking system. Commission, settlement procedure, reporting and payment security are set by the agency agreement.
The agency processes passengers' personal data only to arrange carriage and protects it in line with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Personal Data Protection”.
The Shohin Airlines name and the falcon emblem may be used in the agency's advertising only with the carrier's approval.
