Vacancy: Financial Analyst

Shohin Airlines is inviting a Financial Analyst to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and analyze financial and management reports.

– Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.

– Analyze revenues, expenses, and profitability of flights and routes.

– Develop financial models and prepare financial forecasts.

– Monitor budget execution and analyze variances between actual and planned results.

– Prepare analytical reports and presentations for company management.

– Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs).

– Participate in the automation of financial reporting and analytical processes.

– Collaborate with accounting, commercial, and operational departments.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

– At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Economist, or Financial Planning Specialist.

– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

– Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques.

– Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.

– Fluency in Tajik, Russian and English.

– Experience with Power BI, 1C, or other analytical systems will be considered an advantage.
